We really appreciate this service. And the flexibility with delivery, which needed to be extended due to holidays. Highly recommend.

I have to say, I’ve been a carbonated water user for decades, I’ve tried them all. Every machine, German ones, French, American, and as such I’ve bought thousands of litres of CO2 , and spent a fortune.
1. Your delivery service is second to none. Efficient and totally reliable.
2. The packaging ( secure sealed safety cases) are a million miles ahead of the competing cardboard boxes.
3. The price.
We all know you can buy industrial sized CO2 tanks, buy the fittings, and refill yourself at a fraction of the ridiculous one off charges from retail stores, so we know they’re a ripoff.
Your charges are damned fair. You charge the lowest for the gas itself, and if you throw in the excellent service and packing… it’s no competition.
This review is what your company deserves, and nothing less.

System seems to work well - helpful to be able to delay delivery if last cyclinder not nearly empty. (Handy hint: weigh on electronic kitchen scales).
I am dreadful for drinking water, having carbonised water, for me at least, is more interesting than 'another glass of water' soo much nicer and has really encouraged me to drink more. I can decide how bubbly I want the water and add some cordial and it feels like a treat!
I am on a subscription service and I use it to give me positive encouragement to use the bottles up
The subscription service is great. We are always notified in advance that the bottles are coming and we have the ability to alter the date if it isn't convenient or we haven't used enough C02
Great service for a CO2 subscription. Previously used Sodastream, and not as convenient, nor carbon friendly. CO2 YOU simple and great packaging for cannisters.
Order was damaged in transit but after contacting CO2 support via WhatsApp it was resolved with such ease. Issues arrise, wish they were always this easy to resolve!
We drink so much carbonated water in our house (we call it spicy water), that having our own carbonator just made sense. But I really struggled to recycle the gas cartridges. Our local authority doesn't recycle them and the only nearby one that does checks ID to make sure you're a resident. So, being able to simply exchange empty canisters through CO2 to you is fantastic. They're incredibly flexible with scheduling and the delivery company used always comes when they say they will. So thankful for CO2 you.
I don’t want a monster tank, valves pipes etc and refill my own. The main conpetitor has sharp practices and ripped me off and we’re a lot of bother to return.
This system is simplicity itself - regularised and notified. Adjust the date if needed. Less plastic to throw away. Less fuel to send and receive.

Good programme as now I do t run out of gas however I have to mention teething issues when I moved house and customer services were great on the phone but then no follow thru, my plan was cancelled and I had to restart all over again so a bit of a pain!
