I love ordering from CO2 for you because they are easy to use, with an excellent product. If I hear anyone has a gas dispenser I recommend CO2for you as they deliver and collect from your door.

I’m very happy with the service. Great that I get the canisters delivered to the door. I would simply improve it slightly by allowing more flexibility, as we often haven’t finished the fourth cannister when the next delivery arrives.

Fantastic apart from restrictions on refill time.

I love CO2 for everything but the restrictions on time for renewal. Sometimes you jyst don't use as much so you are sending back a full tank or more that you have paid for. This makes the discount for subscription less worth it. Sometimes you use more and on those occasions you can order more early and pay fir that order if course. Its the only gripe I have. It is causing me to reconsider using my sparkling water machine and going back to bottled water which I didn't want to do because of the environment.

Really helpful adjusting my order requirement. Great service.

The product itself is great. I have serious issues with the delivery by DPD, or rather , non delivery. It took 3 attempts to deliver my last subscription and there is nothing complicated about my address. I live in a suburb of a small town and DPD were given my address and post code. On the first attempt DPD claimed the driver had gone to the wrong address. So the delivery went back to the sorting hub and delivery was arranged for the next day.
2nd attempt, it was claimed that the driver could not find the address so the delivery had to go back to the sorting hub. This was ridiculous. I went on the DPD and added local landmarks- 2 schools and a takeaway, what3words and a photo of my house. Finally, on the third day of having to stay in for the delivery, the driver actually managed to bring me my subscription.
CO2You would be excellent if they had a more reliable service delivering their products . Please get this sorted as I cannot be at home for 3 days every time I need a delivery.

Really pleased with the service

We have been using CO2 You service for a while now and it is flawless. Pickup and replacement is spot on, comms are fantastic and its so nice not to have to worry about getting out to a shop and juggling empties. It’s a small thing and works perfectly - few do these days so, kudos to CO2 You.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 1pm. For areas like Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, delivery may take up to two days.

How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free on the Refill Programme. For Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, a surcharge applies, shown at checkout after entering your postcode.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the UK (including Northern Ireland) and select EU regions, like the Republic of Ireland. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to confirm if we deliver to you.

Do I have to be in for delivery?
First Delivery: No, you don’t need to be home. But please give DPD a safe place to leave the delivery - this can be done from within the DPD app (which we recommend you to download and use for all deliveries)
Refill Deliveries: Yes, you’ll need to be in to swap your empty cylinders for full ones. Don’t worry – the courier provides a 1-hour time slot so you won’t be waiting all day.

How often and how much do I pay?
Our 2-cylinder plan is £30, and the 4-cylinder plan is £40. You have up to 4 months to use our cylinders, but you can refill sooner if needed. Adjust your frequency anytime in your account or email/call us and we will assist

How do I return my empty cylinders?
Place our empty cylinders in the original box, secure with the cable ties provided and hand them to the courier when your refills arrive. No labels, no hassle.

What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you. You can retry with the same card or update your payment details in your account. Need help? Email us at refill@co2you.com.

How can I update my payment details?
Simply log into your account to update your card details. If you have any issues, email us and we’ll help.

What if I don't go through all my gas?

Here's the thing - CO2 YOU isn't about getting through your cylinders. It's about always having sparkling water when you want it, at a price that makes sense.

Think of it like broadband. You don't pay for every gigabyte. You pay for the access.

Starting at just £8 a month, you're not buying gas. You're buying a life with great sparkling water in it. And honestly? That's worth it.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes – just let us know before your delivery date. We’ll email you a week before delivery and follow up with a phone call or SMS.

Can I cancel an order that’s out for delivery?
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You will have plenty of opportunities to cancel an order prior to it being sent out as we contact you more than a week in advance. Unfortunately once we have dispatched your gas we cannot cancel the order.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us directly. You’ll need to return all cylinders within 5 working days using our easy returns portal. Once we receive them, we’ll cancel your subscription.

Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately, we can’t pause subscriptions. Our cylinders remain the property of CO2 YOU and need to stay in circulation to keep bubbles flowing for everyone. If you need to make adjustments to your subscription, please contact us: refill@co2you.com

What if I forget to return my empty cylinders?
Returning empties is essential for the Refill Programme to work. If our cylinders aren’t returned, we may need to charge a fee. Reach out to us if you’re struggling to arrange a return.
