Does what it is meant to do with simplicity. Only minor thing - the decals fell off within the first few day but that doesn’t effect the end product. Excellent customer services also.

The very best

I bought a sodastream in 1982. Over the years I’ve had many variations, and currently use a Drinkmate ( the best of all makes) this means, for over 40 years I’ve bought CO2 bottles. I think the industry as whole, with one major exception, is a rip off . The prices charged in shops and online are, frankly, criminal.
Except…
I joined CO2 you a couple of years ago.
By far the cheapest gas. In some cases, it’s half the price of retail charges. That alone would be enough, but then there’s the delivery and collection service. The packaging and safety containers.
100% perfection… price, delivery, service, and customer service.
If only other companies operated to the same standards.

You need to educate your drivers on how to open and close the case- also to clear up the zip ties afterwards and not just leave them on the step

I started a refill subscription as I had purchased a soda making machine and a CO2 canister was supplied with the machine. The new machine was faulty and was returned and I rang CO2 You to query if I would be able to change my type of canister when I bought a new machine and was told about the Bubbla and the discount offered for refill subscriptions. I am now the proud and happy owner of a Bubbla which is fabulous, as is the refill subscription. Thank you.

FAQs

How long does it take to receive my order?
We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 1pm. For areas like Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, delivery may take up to two days.

How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free on the Refill Programme. For Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, a surcharge applies, shown at checkout after entering your postcode.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the UK (including Northern Ireland) and select EU regions, like the Republic of Ireland. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to confirm if we deliver to you.

Do I have to be in for delivery?
First Delivery: No, you don’t need to be home. But please give DPD a safe place to leave the delivery - this can be done from within the DPD app (which we recommend you to download and use for all deliveries)
Refill Deliveries: Yes, you’ll need to be in to swap your empty cylinders for full ones. Don’t worry – the courier provides a 1-hour time slot so you won’t be waiting all day.

How often and how much do I pay?
Our 2-cylinder plan is £30, and the 4-cylinder plan is £40. You have up to 4 months to use our cylinders, but you can refill sooner if needed. Adjust your frequency anytime in your account or email/call us and we will assist

How do I return my empty cylinders?
Place our empty cylinders in the original box, secure with the cable ties provided and hand them to the courier when your refills arrive. No labels, no hassle.

What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you. You can retry with the same card or update your payment details in your account. Need help? Email us at refill@co2you.com.

How can I update my payment details?
Simply log into your account to update your card details. If you have any issues, email us and we’ll help.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes – just let us know before your delivery date. We’ll email you a week before delivery and follow up with a phone call or SMS.

Can I cancel an order that’s out for delivery?
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You will have plenty of opportunities to cancel an order prior to it being sent out as we contact you more than a week in advance. Unfortunately once we have dispatched your gas we cannot cancel the order.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us directly. You’ll need to return all cylinders within 5 working days using our easy returns portal. Once we receive them, we’ll cancel your subscription.

Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately, we can’t pause subscriptions. Our cylinders remain the property of CO2 YOU and need to stay in circulation to keep bubbles flowing for everyone. If you need to make adjustments to your subscription, please contact us: refill@co2you.com

What if I forget to return my empty cylinders?
Returning empties is essential for the Refill Programme to work. If our cylinders aren’t returned, we may need to charge a fee. Reach out to us if you’re struggling to arrange a return.
