Key Skills and Attributes
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service or telesales environment would be advantageous.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong listening skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Honest, focused, and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Adaptable and receptive to constructive feedback, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
- Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.

Key Duties
- Deliver outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve queries and issues quickly, keeping customers happy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Keep clear and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Work closely with the team to solve problems and improve processes, supporting our mission for a greener, more sustainable future.
Job Details
Location: Hackney Wick
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
