Nearly there

After initial teething problems when we first started using CO2 to you a few years ago the service has ironed out those initial bugs and is now a great alternative to using the manufacturer directly to supply the CO2 bottles.
Have recommended to other Quooker users and they’re all happy with the service too.
Only suggestion I have to increase this review to 5 stars is if the canisters could be exchanged without having to wait in to make the physical swap, eg, leave the empties in a safe place if possible and direct the courier there to make the exchange.

This Company is a life saver.
They have rescued me from the evil, money grabbing tyranny of Quooker!! (The exact same cylinder is twice what the wonderful CO2 YOU charge!)
The deliver service with DPD is really well thought throu and planned, with great comms before and after.
All my interactions over the last 2 yrs with the staff have been great, super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
Honestly if you have soda stream devices or Quooker… these guys will save you a fortune annually… and give a better service!!

The scheme is so convenient and easy to use, support response rate fast and the product fitted our device perfectly. Over the years adjustments to the subscription means it’s less wasteful and more customer oriented.

Nice machine

We replaced our broken Qarbo machine with a Bubbla. Despite costing considerably less than the Qarbo, it works just as well, looks as good and takes up less space. We’re very happy with the purchase so far.

Wij leveren in de UK, Nederland en Duitsland. Voer bij het afrekenen gewoon uw postcode in om te bevestigen of wij bij u bezorgen

Moet ik aanwezig zijn voor de levering?
Eerste levering: Nee, u hoeft niet thuis te zijn. Maar geef DPD wel een veilige plek om de levering achter te laten - dit kan via de DPD-app (die we u aanraden te downloaden en te gebruiken voor alle leveringen

Hoe vaak en hoeveel betaal ik?
Ons 2 cilinder abonnement kost 35 en het 4 cilinder abonnement kost 50. U heeft maximaal 4 maanden de tijd om onze cilinders te gebruiken, maar u kunt indien nodig eerder bijvullen. Pas uw frequentie op elk gewenst moment aan in uw account of stuur ons een e-mail/bel ons en wij helpen u verder.

Hoe retourneer ik mijn lege cilinders?
Doe onze lege cilinders in de originele doos, bevestig ze met de meegeleverde kabelbinders. Maak via de link een retour label aan en plak deze op de box met lege cilinders en breng deze naar het dichtst bijzijnde DPD pakstation

Wat gebeurt er als mijn betaling mislukt?
Als een betaling mislukt, stellen wij u hiervan op de hoogte. U kunt het opnieuw proberen met dezelfde kaart of uw betalingsgegevens in uw account bijwerken. 'Hulp nodig? Stuur ons een e-mail op refill@co2you.com.

Hoe kan ik mijn betalingsgegevens bijwerken?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes – just let us know before your delivery date. We’ll email you a week before delivery and follow up with a phone call or SMS.

Can I cancel an order that’s out for delivery?
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You will have plenty of opportunities to cancel an order prior to it being sent out as we contact you more than a week in advance. Unfortunately once we have dispatched your gas we cannot cancel the order.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us directly. You’ll need to return all cylinders within 5 working days using our easy returns portal. Once we receive them, we’ll cancel your subscription.

Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately, we can’t pause subscriptions. Our cylinders remain the property of CO2 YOU and need to stay in circulation to keep bubbles flowing for everyone. If you need to make adjustments to your subscription, please contact us: refill@co2you.com

What if I forget to return my empty cylinders?
Returning empties is essential for the Refill Programme to work. If our cylinders aren’t returned, we may need to charge a fee. Reach out to us if you’re struggling to arrange a return.
