Compared to other CO2 suppliers this is completely hassle free, easy to change delivery dates and no having to deliver empties to a return centre. Brilliant!
My one concern is that the drivers expect me to have a plastic box to replace with a box that my new delivery arrives in. I have never had a plastic box as my original delivery arrived in a card box which died years ago, this leads to confusion at every delivery. Without this issue, it would certainly be 5 stars.

Efficient supply of gas cylinders for my beloved soda stream from a British company.
It means we never run out of gas at awkward times. Swapping cylinders is easy as they are flexible about timings and frequency

I have to say, I’ve been a carbonated water user for decades, I’ve tried them all. Every machine, German ones, French, American, and as such I’ve bought thousands of litres of CO2 , and spent a fortune.
1. Your delivery service is second to none. Efficient and totally reliable.
2. The packaging ( secure sealed safety cases) are a million miles ahead of the competing cardboard boxes.
3. The price.
We all know you can buy industrial sized CO2 tanks, buy the fittings, and refill yourself at a fraction of the ridiculous one off charges from retail stores, so we know they’re a ripoff.
Your charges are damned fair. You charge the lowest for the gas itself, and if you throw in the excellent service and packing… it’s no competition.
This review is what your company deserves, and nothing less.

Good service and delivery.

System seems to work well - helpful to be able to delay delivery if last cyclinder not nearly empty. (Handy hint: weigh on electronic kitchen scales).

I am dreadful for drinking water, having carbonised water, for me at least, is more interesting than 'another glass of water' soo much nicer and has really encouraged me to drink more. I can decide how bubbly I want the water and add some cordial and it feels like a treat!
I am on a subscription service and I use it to give me positive encouragement to use the bottles up
The subscription service is great. We are always notified in advance that the bottles are coming and we have the ability to alter the date if it isn't convenient or we haven't used enough C02
