Regular subscription but DPD have literally no clue how it works. It’s always a painful experience

This would be my 6th time ordering from this service but ive been charged more in euros than what the cost is in pounds. Previously paid €48 which would be near enough the exchange rate for £40
I thought the price was affordable up until this point and feel like Irish customers are being taken for fools compared to those in the UK.
Other than the cost issue the actual service itself is very handy with no complaints on that front.

Easy online order, fast delivery, not manufactured in the occupied territories. Very happy so far, also nice sturdy delivery box is useful for storage of used bottles.
Delivery arrived at the correct time and day in very good packaging. We are enjoying the fizzy water especially during this warm weather.

This was a present from my children. I love fizzy drinks but hate the calories and the addictives, and how soon they ran out of gas. The possibility of mixing fresh fruit juice with sparkling water is fabulous.
2 weeks ago the pack of 4 bottles of gas arrived. easy delivery using DPD. fitted the Sage unit no trouble. Used it most days and happy with the product and service

I think it's a great idea, however, I do find the gas doesn't hold its fizzyness the way a soda stream gas does. The customer service is excellent, I can't say the same for DPD. I get an email or text on day of delivery, so organising is always last minute, which isn't possible sometimes.
A few blips along the way with scheduled deliveries but great customer service sorts out any issues and the door to door swap out feature is definitely a bonus, just you have to be at home to receive this which for myself isn’t an issue. Scope to improve and become a forefront market leader as their commitment to service and what they offer is amazing.
It's a straight forward process. They bring you refills and you hand back the empties.
