Your cylinders are sent from our German warehouse, with delivery direct to your doorstep in just 2 working days. And don’t worry – you don’t need to be home to receive your cylinders.

Enjoy as many bubbles as you like during your 4-month rental period! If you need a refill sooner, you can easily order more through us or via your online account. At the 4-month mark, a refill is required to keep our sustainable refill loop running smoothly. If you need more time, just let us know.

We’ll email you 3–7 days before your next refill is due. Inside, you’ll find a link to download your Return Label, ready to send back your used cylinders. Print the Return Label and stick it on the box then drop it off at your local parcel point.

We’ll deliver your new ones to your door. All cylinders are returned to our warehouse to be cleaned, refilled, and reused - part of our commitment to a more sustainable future.
