Terms Of Service

1. Cylinder Ownership

  • Cylinders remain at all times the property of CO2 YOU.

2. One Time Purchase

  • Cylinders ordered as and when required (not on contract). Customers must allow collection of these cylinders within 12 months of purchase. CO2 YOU will get in contact with the customer for the safe removal of cylinders from site.

3. Subscription

  • Get 2, 4 or 6 cylinders delivered within 1 working day when you sign up to our refill programme.
  • You will receive a refill every 3 months to ensure you never run out of gas. Minimum term of contract is 1 year. Subscriptions are charged quarterly, or whenever full gas cylinders are ordered.

4. Refill Process

  • On delivery day, our driver will deliver full cylinders.
  • We will collect empty cylinders free of charge at your convenience, just email us at b2b@co2you.com

5. Compatibility

  • Ensure compatibility with your equipment before ordering. A technician can be sent to site to connect your sparkling water tap if you are switching from an alternative provider - we will notify you if this is required after an over the phone assessment.

6. Delivery & Payments

  • Delivery and collection is FREE across the UK.
  • Refills and fees will be charged as per your Subscription.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 1pm. For areas like Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, delivery may take up to two days.

How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free on the Refill Programme. For Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, a surcharge applies, shown at checkout after entering your postcode.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the UK (including Northern Ireland) and select EU regions, like the Republic of Ireland. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to confirm if we deliver to you.
