Keep your cylinders for £10 each

If you’d prefer not to return your cylinders, you can choose to keep them for a one-off fee of £10 per cylinder. After that, they’re yours to recycle or dispose of as you wish (we advise recycling where possible). Once the payment is made, we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

We’ll automatically cancel your subscription after payment. If you’d like to return your cylinders in the future, just get in touch and we’ll help arrange it. And if you’d like to purchase more cylinders later, we’d be happy to welcome you back.

Keep the fizz going with 2 cylinders.

If 4 cylinders every 4 months feels a bit much, our 2-cylinder plan could be the perfect fit. You’ll still have fresh sparkling water on demand - just with fewer refills to keep things lighter.
Switch to 2 Cylinders

If you are already on the 2-cylinder plan, you can continue to cancel. Our 2-cylinder refill plan works the same way as the 4. You’ll have 4 months to use your gas, and when it’s time, we’ll automatically send your refill. It’s £32 every 4 months - ideal for lighter users who don’t need quite as much fizz.

Need a break? Pause your subscription.

Pause your subscription for 4 months – just £10. No new orders will be placed, and you can keep using your current cylinders until you’re ready for a refill. When the 4 months are up (or whenever you're ready), we’ll pick things back up.

While your subscription is paused, you won’t receive refills or be charged. If you decide to cancel later, please note that CO2 YOU cylinders remain our property and must be returned. For any help, email us at refill@co2you.com

Before we can complete your cancellation, we’ll need you to return our cylinders. For UK customers, you can arrange your return easily using the DPD portal and drop the cylinders at your local drop-off point within 5 days. For Ireland customers, please continue to cancel subscription and we will be in touch.
Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the cylinders have been returned. If you run into any issues returning your cylinders, please email us at refill@co2you.com and we’ll be happy to help. Please send a confirmation of your tracking number to refill@co2you.com so we know to pause orders.
