Operations & Logistics Manager
About CO₂ YOU
CO2 YOU is on a mission to eliminate single-use gas cylinders and transform how carbon dioxide is delivered, refilled, and reused across the UK.
We supply refillable CO₂ cylinders for sparkling water machines, home carbonation devices, commercial drinks systems, and hospitality taps – offering a cleaner, more sustainable alternative to the waste-heavy, single-use models used by legacy brands. Through our direct-to-consumer refill programme and growing B2B network, we’re building a smarter, circular infrastructure for gas – reducing waste, emissions, and cost at the same time.
We are the UK market leader in D2C CO₂ refills, and our growth in the commercial and hospitality sectors is accelerating rapidly. With operational hubs in London and Dublin, we’re scaling quickly to meet the growing demand for smarter, cleaner gas solutions.
Our headquarters are based at Plexal, Hackney Wick, and our warehouses operate across the UK and Europe. We’re a fast-growing, sustainability-driven company with big ambitions and a clear purpose — to make gas delivery cleaner, simpler, and more circular.
The Role
We’re looking for a numerically-minded, analytical, and proactive Operations & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our operational processes and help shape the next phase of CO2 YOU’s growth.
