This is a good refill system for gas bottles for fizzy water machines. However, in a household of 2 we never get through 2 bottles of gas before the next refill is due. CO2YOU are good at extending the 'hire' period, but we always end up returning a partially full bottle.
We’ve been getting CO2 YOU gas bottles for a while now and highly recommend if you are looking for an alternative to buying in store. It is really convenient and works out cheaper. We love our sparkling water and switching to a carbonating machine instead of bottles is also cheaper and reduces our single use plastics.

CO2 You offer great service, if only the same could be said for the delivery company, who don’t appear to be able to follow simple instructions.
I got no notification of an approaching gas delivery so had to send back some unused canisters. You then have to be at home for an hour period on delivery day to exchange the canisters

You sent some wrong cylinders. I informed you. Your response was unprofessional and annoying. It was a silly email consisting of a lot of meaningless phrases. I had to waste time responding so that my problem was dealt with. It was then dealt with. Please note: when something goes wrong, a customer does not want to hear excuses or who you’re blaming. A customer wants an apology and to know that you’re putting it right as soon as possible.
