From our refilling facility in Chelmsford, we’ll send you freshly filled CO₂ cylinders and a reusable plastic box for easy returns. Your first delivery arrives fast - usually next-day if ordered before 1PM and you don’t need to be home for this one.

Enjoy as many bubbles as you like during your 4-month rental period! If you need a refill sooner, you can easily order more through us or via your online account. At the 4-month mark, a refill is required to keep our sustainable refill loop running smoothly. If you need more time, just let us know.

On the day of your refill delivery, simply pack all our empty cylinders into the plastic box they came in and hand it to the courier in exchange for the box containing the new cylinders. Simple and sustainable.

All cylinders are returned to our warehouse to be cleaned, refilled, and reused - part of our commitment to a more sustainable future. This process helps prevent not only plastic waste, but also unnecessary cylinder waste. The cylinders you receive may not be wrapped or capped - and that’s totally okay! They’ve been safely cleaned, quality-checked, and are ready to use.
