Refill and rental terms
1. Cylinder Ownership
- All CO2 YOU cylinders remain the property of CO2 YOU at all times.
- This allows us to collect, refill, and reuse them as part of our circular system.
2. Subscribe & Save
- Get 2 or 4 cylinders delivered within 1 working day when you subscribe and order Monday - Thursday before 12pm.
- On subscription, CO2 YOU cylinders are £32 for 2 or £44 for 4.
- You will receive a refill every 3 months to ensure you never run out of gas but you have up to 4 months to use them.
- The rental period can be extended to 4 months at any point by contacting our customer service.
3. Refill Process
- On delivery day, our driver will exchange empty cylinders for full ones, we take away your empty cylinders to refill and reuse.
- All our cylinders must be returned with every refill.
4. Returns & Cancellation
- Cancel anytime by notifying us and returning our cylinders (FREEPOST) within 5 days.
- If you bought cylinders elsewhere (e.g. Amazon), we can recycle them for you.
5. Compatibility
- Ensure compatibility with your equipment before ordering. If you're not sure, you can email us at refill@co2you.com, WhatsApp or call us on 020 3026 5698.
- Ensure you have the correct cylinders selected before ordering. We have Screw In, Quick Connect and Quooker gas cylinders.
6. Delivery & Payments
- Delivery and collection is FREE (there may be surcharges to certain islands and Highlands).
- Refills and fees will be charged as per your Subscription.

We’ve got answers
We offer a one-time purchase or subscription option for our CO2 cylinders. A subscription means you get sparkling water on tap at home, always. Refills are automatically scheduled every 3 months. We deliver refill cylinders directly to customer’s doors and collect empties in the same visit - no trips to the shop, no lugging, no hunting for stock. It's set-and-forget: the fizz just keeps coming.
We have three different cylinder types, to ensure our cylinders are compatible with most home sparkling water machines.
Our Screw In cylinders are compatible with:
- Old SodaStream models (excluding Terra, Art, Duo, Enso, Mix. These take our Quick Connects)
- Aarke (all)

Our Quick Connect cylinders are compatible with:
- All modern SodaStream machines including Terra, Art, Enso, Duo, Mix. Quick Connect cylinders are not compatible with E-Terra machines.
Our Quooker cylinders are only compatible with Quooker Tap Systems.
If you’re unsure which one you need, just get in touch - we’ll help you choose the right option before you order so you don’t end up with the wrong cylinders.
We offer free next-day delivery if you place an order before 1pm Monday - Thursday. Orders after 1pm on a Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
Highland and Island deliveries may take an extra day — worth the wait, we promise.
Place your cylinders back in the original hard case, secure with the cable ties provided, and hand them to your delivery driver when your refill arrives. No labels, no portals, no hassle.
If you can't find your cable ties, just close the box as best you can — it's fine.
Absolutely. One-off cylinders are available on our website and via our Amazon store — once purchased, they're yours to keep.
Just get in touch and we'll guide you through it. You'll need to return all cylinders within 5 working days using our returns portal — once we receive them, we'll close your account and confirm by email.
We can't officially close an account until the cylinders are back with us (they remain CO2 YOU property throughout). If any have gone missing or you'd like to keep them, just let us know — there's a one-off replacement fee per cylinder. We'll always find the fairest way forward.
