We offer free next-day delivery if you place an order before 1pm Monday - Thursday. Orders after 1pm on a Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
Highland and Island deliveries may take an extra day — worth the wait, we promise.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery across the UK is always free. If you're in Northern Ireland, the Highlands or Islands, a small surcharge may apply — you'll see the exact amount at checkout once you enter your postcode. No surprises.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the UK, Northern Ireland, and select EU regions including the Republic of Ireland. Pop your postcode into the checkout to confirm — it only takes a second.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not currently, standard deliveries run Monday to Friday.
Do I need to be home?
First delivery: No need to be in — just set a safe place with DPD beforehand. We recommend downloading the DPD app so you're always in control of your delivery.
Refill deliveries: Yes, you'll need to be home to hand over your empties and collect your fresh cylinders. Don't worry — DPD gives you a 1-hour time slot so you're not hanging around all day.
Which courier do you use?
London customers we deliver with our Bubble Head riders on e-bikes. Nationwide UK and Ireland we use DPD — we recommend downloading the DPD app to track your courier and manage delivery instructions easily.
How does my first refill work?
Your first refill is scheduled 3 months from your purchase date (or your chosen date, up to 4 months). DPD will deliver your new cylinders and collect the empties in the same swap — all in the original box. Someone just needs to be home to make the exchange.
Returning a cylinder that still has gas left? No problem at all — we work within a circular economy, and every cylinder gets refilled and reused.
