Terms Of Service
This is a cylinder rental service. At ALL TIMES cylinders remain under the ownership of CO2 YOU.
We can deliver Refills as often as you want. This programme allows you a maximum of 4 months per rental before you must Refill. If you use the programme as designed it will work out equivalent to £9.99 per month (or £7.49 per month for lighter users).
Here's how it works:
1. Sign up to our Cylinder Rental Agreement (the 'Gas Refill Programme').
2. As soon as you join our Cylinders of CO2 should arrive within 1 working day (sometimes 2 working days if your order was placed in the afternoon).
3. Order Refills as often as you want from within your online account. We remind customers by telephone, email and/or text prior to an upcoming order. If you need to keep our cylinders longer than 4 months at a time you can arrange this with us for £2.49 extra per week, it's no problem :-)
On your Refill day the driver will deliver all Full cylinders to you in exchange for all the empty cylinders. You must always return all cylinders on your plan every time to avoid a penalty fee. There is no need for you to print a label or take your cylinders anywhere, the driver will handle all of this for you.
Enjoy your new cylinders until the next time you Refill.
REMEMBER - YOU ARE RENTING OUR CYLINDERS FROM US. WE WORK ON A TRUST BASIS. THERE ARE NO DEPOSITS TAKEN ON YOUR CARD AND YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR PLAN AT ANY TIME. ALL WE ASK (SHOULD YOU NO LONGER WISH TO CONTINUE) IS THAT WE ARRANGE THE COLLECTION OF OUR CYLINDERS FROM YOU WITHIN 5 DAYS. BY JOINING THE REFILL PROGRAMME YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS.

HAVE YOU PURCHASED OUR CYLINDERS ELSEWHERE (such as Amazon)? Pop us an email as we offer a small credit fee for each cylinder you are returning to us. We cannot offer credit for other brands of cylinders, but we can recycle these for you.
Firstly, it is fair to say everyone I speak with and correspond with in the company is great however, every time I have interaction with the company I have had issues:
1. Initially, the Starter Pack I bought urged me to buy extra bottles, but when I chose the extra bottles off the page, it was the wrong bottles. The person at the company spotted this and highlighted it, changing my order to the right bottles which were then out of stock.
2. Weeks later I chased the extra bottles and the next thing bottles arrived. I opened them up (throwing away the packaging) but then couldn't get them to work. I had the WRONG bottles. By which time the packaging was long gone and no way to returm.
3. I then asked about buying extra bottles in addition. Those were on back order (still). When I chased weeks later I was told they had no idea when they would receive stock and my order was cancelled.
4. I asked how was i to get bottles and I was told to buy a specific brand of bottle 'off the Internet' which I did only to find they didnt fit my machine.
5. That company were able to advise me correctly and swapped them out for the correct bottles for the machine CO2You had sold me.
6. By now it is time for my gas renewal. My card that I had registered had been swapped by my bank so the payment failed. I went online and changed the payment, and received the gas swap. However, I kept continually getting two emails a day saying my payment had failed and I needed to update my payment method. That was even after I had highlighted the issue to the company.
7. Now, my gas machine (6 months old) has a fault. It is leaking gas when left unattended. I have gone through 4 months worth of gas in a few weeks. I videoed the issue. sent detail to the company, and I have to package it all up and send it back to them at my expense for replacement.
So, yes, while the staff are all lovely to deal with and very friendly and helpful every time, I am a very unsatisfied customer who feels let down. I currently am sending my faulty machine back for replacement and will have to pay for new gas although it was the faulty machine that leaked it. I am without sparkling water and will be till the new machine arrives and I can arrange a gas swap. Overall, two stars, it is not one star cause they are so nice to deal with.
Loved the idea of a starter pack. Always good to know what things are like before spending loads of money. Loved the lemonade flavour but the other flavours came up short. (Only the lemonade will be a regular). Hoping more flavours are added though!

Starter pack is a good way of starting buying the gass. You can choose the carboniser you like and try the flavour drops for free as a gift, wich is so cool. Great and easy to buy from company. I would highly recommend Co2you.
