Our shipping method guarantees next-day delivery for all items. For instance, if we ship your order on a Tuesday, you can expect to receive it on Wednesday. While deliveries to the northern island and Highlands Isles area may occasionally take up to two days, we ensure that all items are shipped using expedited next-day service.
Delivery within the UK is completely free and is included in your plan. However, a surcharge of £12 applies for deliveries to the Northern Islands, Highlands, and Isles.
We provide coverage throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, and most of the EU. To find out if we deliver to your specific area, simply enter your postcode at the checkout. Our system will let you know if we can assist you.
We request that you be available at home at the time of your scheduled delivery. The courier will provide a one-hour time slot, so you won't have to wait around all day.
If the provided delivery time is inconvenient for you, their tracking link will offer options to leave the package with a neighbor or change the delivery day. In case of emergencies, the courier can usually hold your package for up to a week upon request.
Payments, refunds, and returns
The cost for the four refills is £39.96. The two-cylinder option has a price of £29.96.
Here's the best part: you only pay when you receive your order; no pesky deposits or hidden fees, and no yearly fee to worry about either. There are no cancellation costs or commitments. You're free to order as much or as little as you need, whenever you need it. You're in total control, so give it a go.
When waiting for your new cylinders to arrive, you will be given instructions in your old box on what to do with your old cylinders. All you need to do is put the four or two cylinders back in the box. You will find two cable ties in there as well. Just box them back up. Add the cable ties and close the box so they can travel securely back to us.
No labels or anything is needed. The courier will take care of everything for you, making it as simple as possible. Hand it back to the courier, and they'll give you the new ones.
If your payments fail, don't worry. You can attempt the payment again using the same card, or if you prefer, we can help you update your card details, especially if it has expired. We can conveniently send you a link via email or assist over the phone. If a payment fails, we will notify you immediately so you'll know exactly what's going on.
Using my carbonator
If you're experiencing trouble with gas flow in your machine, the first thing to check is if your cylinder is securely screwed all the way in. This creates a tight seal between the cylinder and the carbonator, ensuring that the gas flows smoothly through the machine.
However, if you're still facing issues and the gas isn't flowing correctly, it's important to verify that you have the right cylinder for your machine. We offer a variety of options and different cylinders, so it's crucial to ensure compatibility. If you're unsure about which cylinder is right for you or if you'd like to double-check anything, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
You can buy two or four cylinders. We do not have the option to purchase one or three cylinder at the moment.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have extra water bottles. However, if you are looking for one compatible with our home carbonator, the AARK ones are an option.
Couriers are instructed to collect the old cylinders at the same time they deliver the new ones so that you won't be left with any extra cylinders. We recommend boxing them up and securely tying them with a cable tie. This way, they'll be ready to go when the courier arrives.

Receiving your cylinders without caps or shrink wrap is entirely normal. They are safe to use. We are committed to making our brand as environmentally friendly as possible, and we wouldn't replace plastic caps on cylinders that are returned without them to reduce our plastic waste.
If you need to make changes to your next refill, we've got you covered! Just log into your online account, and you'll find an option to amend the refill date. This will allow you to take it to your maximum timeframe of four months.

Whether you have a quick-connect machine, a standard home carbonator with twist cylinders, or even a cooker that requires compatibility, we have the right cylinders for you.
Yes, you can recycle cylinders from other brands with us. It's okay if those cylinders have additional attachments. Please package all cylinders, including ours, together. The courier will collect them from you, and we will ensure the proper recycling of the extra cylinders.
You can certainly return cylinders from other brands to us. Just ensure the cylinder is in good working condition, and we'll happily accommodate the exchange.

Canceling or pausing an order or subscription

Yes. If you need to cancel your order while it's out for delivery, there's no need to worry. You still have options available. If the courier has reached your location and you realize you're not prepared to receive the order, there's a simple solution. You can politely decline the delivery when it arrives at your doorstep. This will prompt the package to be returned to us, even though it's already with the courier.
