This is a great idea, and the communication is great. But I don’t think it’s something I will carry on with after using the bottle(s) I have. I don’t use my machine enough to have two bottles.

I'd been doing another exchange programme, but was finding that after sending the bottles back I was having to chase my voucher, then wait again for a delivery and this meant running out of gas even though I ordered when I had a cylinder left.
This is my first time using CO2you and so far I've only got good things to say.
Bottles came with a day or so of ordering and I like that I won't have to do any posting, because the exchange of old for new is all handled by the courier and done simultaneously. Hopefully my positive experience continues.
Generally, I’m pleased with the service provided by CO2.
I’d like clearer clarity on delivery; for example delivery for Monday might actually be Tuesday or Wednesday; also I frequently receive my box of bottles with a brocken clip! A relatively trivial point which in my view doesn’t show of the true professional outfit you are.

Driver refused to return the 2 empty boxes so next time I order refills there will be 3 boxes to return!

We used a different comapany previously, and found the cannisters would last half as long, and take a week to arrive, now the cannisters last us two months, and, when we realised our last was running out, a couple of taps and our new ones were there the next day. brilliant company

I've had a great experience with CO2 YOU and will definitely keep using them. Everything is straightforward, from ordering and receiving new cylinders to returning the used ones. A fantastic, hassle-free service.
I have no problem with these canisters. I originally got them to replace a more famous brand for political reasons. These are slightly more expensive: OK for a clear conscience, but also the delivery/collection service is much more convenient. And the customer service has been excellent.
I truly can't fault this company. Top class and super efficient customer service every time!
The refill service is good and I’ve always had the delivery come on the scheduled day. The only downside is that I can’t get through the two canisters quick enough that I’m always sending back gas. I would be happy to have a single bottle refill but this isn’t offered currently. I’ve paid to push back my next service but even with that it’s hard to get through the gas in time.
The refill canisters arrived and work well. I have yet to return any but it's good to know that I am drinking sustainably fizzed water .

Gas delivered to your door, What's not to love? They're really good at letting you know when your delivery is expected giving plenty of time should changes be necessary. Excellent customer service also. Only improvement would be a longer period between deliveries, don't always get all the gas used.
The service is very good, my only gripe is that it seems to be too frequent.....
I haven't even opened the box yet, so two unused bottles are remaining.....and I'll no doubt get a reminder about a turn a round very soon..... - maybe this service isn't for me. If the turn a round could be extended to every 6 months, then I think this would work.
The ordering and delivery service from C02U has been excellent. The website is easy to use, delivery was quick and the whole process was very straightforward.
My only reservation is with the cylinders themselves. Compared with the genuine Quooker CO₂ cylinders, they don’t seem to give quite the same level of carbonation. The water feels noticeably less fizzy, and I also get the impression that the cylinders don’t last quite as long.
So, excellent service and very convenient, but I think the gas performance could be improved to match the Quooker originals.
Love this subscription service! Everything works seamlessly and it is very easy to delay deliveries when needed.
