Within a couple of days of placing my order, the cylinders arrived. Any time I had a query, the customer service reps were cordial and very responsive.

The cylinders arrive in a sturdy box on the day as promised. This is an excellent service as I have not been able to get gas refills for a few years before discovering CO2 YOU. My only issue is the frequency of refills (every 4 months) which is a little too often for me, although the company were very helpful when I asked to extend before my first refill.

Convenient and reasonably priced

Since I've got the hang of using the cylinders I'm very pleased. Prior top this II was lost on the weight but using my Digital Kitchen Scales means I don't waste any of the cylinders.

Dissapointment

No.plastic ties included in box had to use my own and no ties in replacement box. Advised co2 that I was returning a full faulty cylinder and expected a free replacement didn't get one . Otherwise delivery fine.

Quieter than expected

Works really well for making fizzy water, and is also much quieter than previous machines I've had. The lever allows much more control than my last machine, which was a button.

Only negative is the label/logo at the top had fallen off during transit, leaving a gooey/notable shape where it should be.

I love my fizzy water and now it’s even better knowing I have a delivery coming every few months. The exchange/refill system is great and my new machine is so easy to use and gives better fizz than my previous brand. Happy days indeed!

Good service
Subscription is a tiny bit pricey in other countries like Australia you can get refills for free. I think UK are a long way from this, but there might be a happy medium
I have a 2 bottle subscription, sometimes it’s hard to balance usage to have 2 empty bottles on pick up day. Maybe the first time, we need 3 bottles so you always have one on the go when pick up day happens

Review after 2 years use

If you are a Sparkling water addict, and 99% of your water intake is fizzy, then the subscription for 4 bottles is the best option.
I never finish all 4 cylinders, before I have to swap, and that sometimes has driven me to look for alternatives. After researching a little bit, every other options is way more expensive, less environmentally friendly or it is in illegal settlements areas. IF you have difficulty to be at home on delivery times, normally mornings-afternoons, you might want to look for alternatives as this is exchange that must happen face to face with the delivery driver. Very convenient. IF you miss a delivery, between dpd and Co2you CS will find a solution. in conclusion, I will stick with them.

This was my first refill and all went according to plan!

Worked well but a little restrictive.

Knowing how delivery times seem to work I was a bit sceptical about having to be there for the delivery. In the end it worked OK as the delivery was on time. I found it a bit restrictive and it's a pity there isn't another way of doing it.

Best Customer Service Ever

We have received our CO2 cylinders from CO2 YOU for a few years now and I have to say that their customer service is second to none. The flexibility and ease of changing the delivery dates when we have used the gas sooner or not as fast as expected is fantastic and the delivery is always as promised making it easy to ensure the cylinders are ready for pick up. I have and will continue to recommend their services to anyone looking for a great product and brilliant service.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 1pm. For areas like Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, delivery may take up to two days.

How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free on the Refill Programme. For Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, a surcharge applies, shown at checkout after entering your postcode.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the UK (including Northern Ireland) and select EU regions, like the Republic of Ireland. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to confirm if we deliver to you.

Do I have to be in for delivery?
First Delivery: No, you don’t need to be home. But please give DPD a safe place to leave the delivery - this can be done from within the DPD app (which we recommend you to download and use for all deliveries)
Refill Deliveries: Yes, you’ll need to be in to swap your empty cylinders for full ones. Don’t worry – the courier provides a 1-hour time slot so you won’t be waiting all day.

How often and how much do I pay?
Our 2-cylinder plan is £30, and the 4-cylinder plan is £40. You have up to 4 months to use our cylinders, but you can refill sooner if needed. Adjust your frequency anytime in your account or email/call us and we will assist

How do I return my empty cylinders?
Place our empty cylinders in the original box, secure with the cable ties provided and hand them to the courier when your refills arrive. No labels, no hassle.

What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you. You can retry with the same card or update your payment details in your account. Need help? Email us at refill@co2you.com.

How can I update my payment details?
Simply log into your account to update your card details. If you have any issues, email us and we’ll help.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes – just let us know before your delivery date. We’ll email you a week before delivery and follow up with a phone call or SMS.

Can I cancel an order that’s out for delivery?
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You will have plenty of opportunities to cancel an order prior to it being sent out as we contact you more than a week in advance. Unfortunately once we have dispatched your gas we cannot cancel the order.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us directly. You’ll need to return all cylinders within 5 working days using our easy returns portal. Once we receive them, we’ll cancel your subscription.

Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately, we can’t pause subscriptions. Our cylinders remain the property of CO2 YOU and need to stay in circulation to keep bubbles flowing for everyone. If you need to make adjustments to your subscription, please contact us: refill@co2you.com

What if I forget to return my empty cylinders?
Returning empties is essential for the Refill Programme to work. If our cylinders aren’t returned, we may need to charge a fee. Reach out to us if you’re struggling to arrange a return.
