🍓 Ingredients:

  • 4–5 fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 3–4 fresh basil leaves

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • 1 tsp honey or simple syrup

  • 200ml sparkling water (straight from The Bubbla, of course)

  • Ice cubes

  • Extra basil + a strawberry slice for garnish

🥄 Instructions:

  1. In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries, basil, and lemon juice until fragrant and juicy.

  2. Add the honey or simple syrup, and give it a good stir.

  3. Fill a glass with ice, then pour in your muddled mixture.

  4. Top with 200ml of sparkling water—freshly bubbled at home.

  5. Garnish with a basil leaf and strawberry slice, and enjoy immediately.
