These worked perfectly and the delivery/pick up service is very convenient.
Happy with the service I receive. Very good communication via WhatsApp and flexible in terms of renewal dates. Satisfied all round. The only issue, usually is with DPD not knowing the routine for returning empty gas cylinders.
Easy service - now delivered on day I can return used and accept new box. Easy.
Got an hour time-slot for gas exchange so very happy with that.
I love that the service delivers and collects the cylinders - I hate waste and Sodastream does not make it easy or convenient to return cylinders. I have a couple of little things that have been a little bit inconvenient. I haven't been able to adjust my frequency of deliveries, or at least I have not found it straightforward to do. One more thing, is that they will text me to arrange a delivery date, however, what is not explained is that the date selectted is actually the dispatch date. So I have left my empties out for a whole working day for no reason.
Whilst there is a cost to this service for clients this is such a great idea if you want to be part of a solution to reducing carbon waste and such a simple way to have fizzy water at home; no more plastic bottles, gas canisters collected and recycled.
My first cylinder swap went very well. I was kept informed of delivery date and time.

The process works efficiently, however, 4 cylinders is proving too much for me. Is it possible to buy as and when needed?
I have had a few deliveries and have always had great service. The gas cylinders are also great.
Some issues with my first subscription renewal, but still better than buying from Sodastream with their dodgy connections.
